Solution
We began by thoroughly cleaning and optimizing the Airtable database to improve its functionality. To streamline mentor access, we designed a Retool application with limited permissions, ensuring each mentor could only view their assigned clients.
Results
The streamlined database and automated solutions enabled Docare to significantly improve operations. As a result, they successfully secured $200k in funding and increased their monthly recurring revenue (MRR) to $10k. The integrated chatbot further enhanced their ability to attract new clients, positioning Docare as an innovative leader in the mental care space.
